Field 2025 FC<\/b><\/i> tracks the new functional class, while 2024 FC contains the previous functional class. Other fields document local government, MPO, and UDOT decisions and rationale for accepting or rejecting proposed changes. <\/div>

Functional Class Change Tracking<\/b>: This layer contains all proposed functional class changes and updates collected during the update process. Use the Final Status<\/i><\/b> field to identify the final decision for each proposed change. Each proposed change was reviewed multiple times by local governments, regional planning organiztions (MPOs), and UDOT. Decisions are tracked in the comments and notes.<\/div>
