Description: This layer contains inspection data for Annual Visual Observations of Stormwater Discharge performed at UDOT facilities throughout the state. It is sourced from the Annual Visual Observation of Stormwater Discharge Survey123 form and updates as new forms are submitted. These inspections are required at all UDOT facilities in order to ensure that these facilities are meeting the requirements outlined in UDOT's MS4 Permit and to ensure that there are no illicit discharges occurring at UDOT facilities by assessing the condition of stormwater runoff.Updates to the Survey123 form occurred in November of 2021.For questions on the data, please contact Jennifer Hall at jahall@utah.gov.
