Description: This feature layer contains inspection data for Stormwater Semi-annually Inspections performed at UDOT facilities throughout the state. It is sourced from the Semi-annual Comprehensive Inspection Survey123 form and updated as new forms are submitted. These inspections are required at all UDOT facilities and function as a semi-annual check-in to ensure that facilities are meeting the requirements outlined in UDOT's MS4 Permit and record any spills that occur at the facility. Updates to the Survey123 form occurred in November of 2021.For questions on the data, please contact Jennifer Hall at jahall@utah.gov.
