The layers were then manipulated using ArcGIS Pro software (see below) before being uploaded to UDOT's Portal. This process was conducted from April 2025 through September 2025. It contains the following layers:</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><ul><li><span>Signalized Intersections Statewide: A layer which shows the position of signalized intersections on state highways. The layer was manipulated and symbolized to display intersection adherence to UDOT access category spacing standards.</span></li><li><span style='font-size:12pt;'>State Route Intersections: A layer which shows the position of all intersections on state highways. The layer was manipulated and symbolized to display intersection adherence to UDOT access category spacing standards.</span></li><li><span style='font-size:12pt;'>Driveway Adherence: A layer which shows the position of driveways on state highways. The layer was manipulated and symbolized to display driveway adherence to UDOT access category spacing standards.</span></li></ul></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>The map and the layers it contains became effective on --/--/----.
